United Kingdom 10-year-old boy happened violence cases, the victims beyond recognition

The United Kingdom over the weekend two boys go through a nightmare, they were burned with cigarette butts, knifed, and finally from near 10-meter-high slope pushed. Heinous perpetrators not criminals, but up and down two 10-year-old boy. British "Daily Mail" reported on the 6th of this shocking case of violence against children.
Incident happened in South Yorkshire, two perpetrators are a pair of 10-year-old and 11-year-old brother, the victim is a 9-year-old and 11-year-old. March 4 afternoon, witnesses said: "The injured boy was covered in blood and mud, and even their faces are not clear." The two injured boys has been basically out of danger after emergency treatment, two boys have been arrested by the police violence.The two are the victims of the incident on March 4 from afternoon bike ride, the boy encountered the other two. The latter asked the victim to hand over mobile phone and the money was refused, they first tortured with lighted cigarettes, two boys, with a knife "from head to toe" scratch them, then hit them with bricks.
